It is with great pleasure that we announce the hiring of Darren-erik Diaz, Assoc. AIA as Associate, Regional Director of JPT Architects.
Darren-erik has lived and worked in the New York | New Jersey | Pennsylvania Tri-State Metro Area for the entirety of his ~23-year professional career so he will be helping to lead Healthcare Design efforts across the Garden State.
Darren-erik brings to JPT a unique combination of Executive Leadership, Real Estate Development, Construction, Project Management along with Design and Architectural insight. Although Darren-erik has worked among all commercial building types, his specialty lies within the Healthcare Industry where he provides a unique advantage by having a total understanding of the complex design through the construction process. Utilizing his technical expertise towards strategy for healthcare infrastructure coupled with effectively directing the process of design and building, he integrates the following elements into his process – patient care, hospital branding, productivity and profitability.
In recent years, Darren-erik served as a Director for an Owner’s Representative firm that represented clients nationwide including a major New Jersey Health System with 13 hospitals across the State.
Not only does Darren-erik focus on the technical aspect of Design and Construction, but he is a true Seller-Doer who strives to bring relevant, informative and innovative knowledge to our organization and clients.
