The new Cardiology specialists’ practice is located within the existing Health System’s Medical Office Building. This project had a phased demolition package starting with the interior and then roof and exterior façade design was needed. Roof insulation needed addressed since a new EPMD membrane was installed over an existing roofing system. The rear of the building where through-wall roof scruppers and overflow drains are located had “soft” material under-foot and needed to be addressed. Water damage was taken care of by a complete interior demolition.
